The fact that the training covered EMEA, CALA, and APAC regions indicated preparation for broader regional support and global telecommunications infrastructure understanding. This training occurred during a period when telecommunications was beginning the transition toward IP-based communications and unified messaging, and Avaya was positioning itself as a global provider of these next-generation platforms.
